CAN I BE CALLED A CHRISTIAN?

If I say one thing now,
And did the opposite tomorrow;
If I say, "Love one another",
And then turn around and hate my brother;
If I preach that "Jesus is the Way",
And then go my own way;
Could I be called a Christian?

If I accept Jesus as my Saviour,
But refuse Him as my Lord;
If I accept Him as my Saviour,
But do not study His Word;
If I don't care for the lost,
And fail to take up His cross;
Could I be called a Christian?

If I obey all of His commands,
And do all that He says;
If I pray for those in bonds,
And encourage others to follow in His ways;
If I meditate on His Word,
And accept Jesus as my Lord;
Only then can I be called a Christian.
